Following a recent youth visit to Trondheim it has been decided to form a Youth sub-committee for young people in the Dunfermline area who are interested in twinning activities with Trondheim.

Within this site you will find not only everything about the Twinning Association but also useful general information about Dunfermline, Trondheim, Scotland and Norway. If you have anything to add to the site please contact the Association through the ABOUT US menu.

The Dunfermline Trondheim Twinning Association is believed to be one of the oldest Twinning Associations in Scotland. We need your support to keep it thriving, so please spread the word (and the website address) to all your friends.

The Nettie Dick photo collection relating to the Bond of Friendship is now online on the site. See the News Flash or Picture Gallery menu for more information
The DTTA has been invited to Trondheim in May 2012 to participate in Trondheim's 17th May Norway Day Parade. A meeting to discuss arrangements for the visit will take place on Tues 29 Nov at 7pm in Gillespie Memorial Church Hall. Anyone interested in joining the group is very welcome to attend.
